The process of moving my parents to assisted living was the very stressful. We toured several options and finally settled on Cardinal Village for several reasons. While some of the newer places have beautiful common areas, the living areas are minuscule. The apartments at Cardinal Village are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. From the first visit we felt very comfortable with the place and the people. Karen Dixon, the marketing manager was extremely helpful and has been an invaluable resource in the process.
My parents have been there for three months now and we are not disappointed. They are getting excellent care. All of the staff truly have the best interest of the residents at heart.
From Patrick in the dining hall, who will make any dietary adjustments requested, to Tamika in housekeeping, who makes certain that the apartments are always clean, we couldn't ask for better service. The staff treats the residence like family and you can truly feel their caring.
