If I could give 0 stars I would. I attempted to get help/ advice on my claim and Susie (employee ID 0883) called me names, talked over me, didn t attempt to listen to my problem, and offered no help or advice. This department is not there to help the people, it seems that they are actively trying to hinder the people from receiving unemployment benefits.
