Best EXPERIENCE ever! From the time I entered the dealership I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise in combination with their patience and kindness. Tom Lagrave allowed me to test drive several cars and answered all of my questions immediately. More importantly, he gave me my own time to consider all of the information that was being presented (as opposed to other dealerships trying to push push push). Sarah Byrd (general sales manager) was the icing on the cake. If I already did not feel completely at home, she made me feel like I was truly with family. She stopped by at least 4 times during my visit, just to make sure I was okay. If Tom had a question, she answered it! I never felt like I was pushed or pressured and I always felt that all of my questions were important. From one cynical lady (me). Lindsay Ford has my business for life! I would recommend it to anyone! Sarah Byrd, Tom Lagrave, you are gems of your industry. I would have bought a lot more cars in my life time if I had gone To Lindsay Ford earlier:)
