The doctors here are fine. I felt taken care of when I was in the office. However, the communication you have with them outside of the office is minimal at best. They don t get back to you for over a week about lab results that are time sensitive. And when you try to call and ask about them they act like it s the biggest deal in the world to communicate these with you. It s a game of phone tag and you, the paying customer, will lose every single time. Additionally, they will suggest absurd referrals and specialty tests for simple problems that could probably be handled by a simpler more economic test first. I m going elsewhere to some place that can actually communicate with their patients and don t leave me on hold for 30 mins at a time just so I can leave a message to ask to be called back. Ridiculous.
