Had a very good purchase experiences, but now that...

Had a very good purchase experiences, but now that it comes time for service to my vehicle, they have completely ghosted me. No online rep. I keep being told over and over I have to sit on hold in an attempt to make an appointment that is never available. Everyone was my best friend when I was buying....but now that I am a customer, apparently, I mean nothing! I have a sticker that offers me my first oil change for free....yet, I can not seem to get anyone to schedule such a thing! The sales lady literally took me out for drinks at the local Olive Garden when they wanted me to buy, but I guess Jiffy Lube is my only option now that I am a actual customer!
