We went to check out a few animals because we wanted to find a good fit for our lifestyle. We were deterred from adopting because the cats were all in cages with glass where we couldn't attempt to interact with them until we were put on a list. After waiting for 45 minutes we still hadn't been seen by anyone. It's a poor layout.
