Had the pleasure of dealing with Volkswagen Waterloo and I feel I've been turned off from ever wanting to deal with any dealership ever again. Luckily the car wasn't for myself or I would have just walked out laughing at how ridiculous the whole situation was. I heard stories of how amazing VW Waterloo use to be and only hear how things have changed over the years from their sales reps.

Instead of offering to bring the sales manager right away into the conversation they like to hide behind closed doors and only walk into a conversation when they feel it's the right time for them to interject. I couldn't stage it better myself if I was in a Seth Rogen comedy. The take it or leave it mind frame set in front of a buyer is appalling and I hope that not every dealership out there is like that.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option but I guess you can have one, as you were able to suck money out of someone I care for. Kudos Volkswagen Waterloo, I was considering buying my next car with you, but after my experience I will take my business else where.
