It would have been great if the request for a late...

It would have been great if the request for a late check out was granted since I have not really availed of free nights for the past 3-4 years as member of Accor.

Am not so impressed with the hotel room given considering they already upgraded it. It looks so plain. The terrace and the view though was good.

The food was great, as usual.
