I love the zoo. The animals. And my son had fun.
Everything was good till we went to purchase out pictures. The gentleman helping us was nice.
Great customer service skills and professional. We joked around about filters and photoshop,
Well I joked with my sister about having the Snapchat filters and the girl next to the gentleman helping us. Started making rude comments saying sounds like a personal problem . Can t have it your way
The service from her was bad. The pictures that are in display were in the floor I picked up and tried handing it to them but they looked at us like we were just bugging.
I love the zoo. But the staff is horrible.
