Review of Superior Acura

April 21st 2018 I was suppose to buy a 2014 nisssn Altima for 10k. I got there and it was already sold and my salesman Kenneth Powell, told me he got me approved for 3 other Vehicles that he thought would fit my budget. I was pressured into buying a 2016 Chevy cruize that was 14k And was told to man up about buying my first car. I didn t have another way home because I sold my car to get the down payment for the Nissan Ultima that I was originally going to Superior Acura for. Driving home with my car I noticed the touch screen navigator would freeze and the tracks while playing music would studder continuously until I turned the car off. That following day, I drove Back to the dealership to take the car back because I wasn t satisfied and they told me that I couldn t take it back, which doesn t seem right if I hadn t had the car but for 24 hours I was even trying to negotiate with them for a bigger vehicle and they didn t want to do that. They told me if I drop the car off, it would be a voluntary repossession. When I say They, I m talking about the manager Jorge, the financial manager Brandon Agee and the salesman Kenneth Powell. I took matters into my own hands and called the bank to cancel the contract after everyone at the dealership I spoke with, said I couldn t do that, which was a LIE because the bank would ve said that I couldn t! I put $2000 cash down for this car and I even agreed to trade for a bigger car that fits me (mind I m 6 3) and Kenneth Powell said it was okay. That didn t happened because nobody there agreed I m assuming. Not to mention, I was approved for a couple different cars that I didn t even want which also means, my credit was pulled several times.. so I waited 3 weeks till Jorge finally calls, telling me to bring his car back. I told him that I would bring it back and I also told him I wanted my $2000 back. That didn t happen.. he told me that they were taking out rental fees, $50 a day since I had the car, till the day I brought it back. I have all copies of the paper work including the rental agreement and nothing says I would be charged $50 a day for rental fees. I called up there on June 4th and spoke with Brandon Agee and he told me to come up and pick up a check for $1100 on June 7th. That s was not a part of any agreement. I CALLED OFF OF WORK to go up there on June 7th and Jorge told me that he didn t receive the check in his mailbox..He also said that everything has to go through their corporate office. He s telling me that I signed paperwork saying that I agreed to the fees and when I asked for the paperwork, he told me that he didn t have it and that is also at the corporate office. I am currently STILL waiting on $2000 from them that nobody cares about because I want to buy a car elsewhere.. I am very pissed and disgusted at the management at superior Acura of Fairfield! I m pretty sure that anyone that works there would feel the same way if they were living paycheck to paycheck and finally had money to put down on a car and lost it! Currently don t have a car or money to even buy a used car and all I ask is my downpayment back IN FULL. I have all copies of paperwork that I signed. Im tired of wasting time and energy on these people!
