Disorganized at best. Sloppy at worst. Sales Frank promised us all the bells and whistles in which we paid 12 grand for in cash. The clean space is not adherent to the walls and is torn in multiple areas and roughly chopped around the windows. The dehumidifier was on backorder and Dominic had no idea when I called almost 2 months later to check on the status. He scheduled to deliver the following night, no show!
