I told them I didn t want GAP insurance several times and they lied to me and used my $1000 downplayment towards the car to pay for the GAP insurance upfront so that I wouldn t see it in the financing agreement. They are rude and unprofessional and do not stand by anything that they tell you. I had to come back to the dealership 4 times to speak with different ppl and they all were rude to me. The brand new car had no floor mats abd they told me that my lifetime of oil changes could be redeemed at any Toyota dealorship which was a lie. I do not recommend this dealorship. And I do not recommend working with Aaron the salesperson. Run as fast as you can out of this dealorship and go literally ANYWHERE else. Good luck!
