On the date of scheduled service - hot water heater replacement - I received a call from the office to let me know the technician was on the way. The technicians arrived shortly after, and introduced themselves before getting right to work. Sean L. took some measurements, and let me know that the existing water heater was shorter than the replacement they brought. He took the time to explain how that would alter the installation, and to call the supplier to see if they had a shorter tank in stock. He found that they did have a model that was the same height as our current heater, and let me know the differences between the two models before going to pick up the other heater, which he quickly installed at the price quoted for the other model. Fast, efficient, and happy to answer all my questions.
