Amazing place for a Los Angeles adventure!
Easily took the Metro expo line from 7th st. Metro Center and got off right between USC and the rose garden/science center.
I came here on a friday around 11:30 AM and stayed for around 2-3 hours for the whole museum.
BEWARE on weekdays because the science center is full of school kids on field trips! It makes a fun trip when the center is busy but most of the hands on activities are used by the kids :)
