Today was supposed to be my first day at this comp...

Today was supposed to be my first day at this company. I show up and the guy training me doesn't speak a word of English. I call my supervisor and ask what can be done as I don't speak Spanish. I was called ignorant and a racist because I asked if there was someone who could train me that at least knows some English. That told me all I need to know about this company.
