My first impression of the company was terrible. I am a Mechanical Engineer and I did a job interview at Menegotti Menfund. I talked to an HR professional and interviewed the area manager. Both promised a return, whether positive or negative. However, they never got in touch again. I sent 04 e-mails to the two contact persons, but they were speechless. Gosh, it is so simple (and honest) to answer "We will continue with another candidate", or "We will cancel the vacancy". Promising and not fulfilling is a behavioral failure that damages your image. Therein lies the question: If you are treated like this as a candidate, what to expect when you are already inside?!?!?!?!?
