They cancelled my first account, and was told by 2 customer service people they don't know why my account was terminated, and created a second account, so I can determine why they cancelled my first account. Seems funny they cancelled my account after I requested a large payment. Probably because they don't like paying out people. If I don't get this resolved, I will file a complaint with the BBB, so people who use this site for extra money or whatever will not have their accounts terminated. Sincerely Ryan Cheplic ;v)

Karen in customer service is the worst. Condescending, rude, and a plain witch to deal with. We started to receive an influx of emails from this site and never subscribed or demonstrated any interest in becoming members. We thought maybe our email account had been hacked and instead of providing customer service, she was impolite and unprofessional. Beware of this company and spam in your inbox.

It took me a month in Order to redeem my 30$. I don't mind though because I get money for doing offers and playing games for money. If you got nothing to do in spare time I would recommend this App.

Inbox Dollars is a scam and a waste of time. After mining all of your info they make it seemingly impossible to reach the 30 dollar mark for pay out. Customer support will tell you to be persistent and that you can do it, but after how much time? I dont mind fillinf out surveys on the side to try to get a little extra money, but the time has been wasted already and they refuse to pay me out. Additionally all of the "high paying" surveys of a dollar or more are just endless loops demanding that you purchase some service to be able to complete the survey.

In short: this is a scam! Do not give them your information and free labor. Total garbage! Does someone really live a good life off of this company's success? Disgusting! Such behaviour and actions... so rancid a rat would puke!

Extremely disappointing they only allow you earn More if you take surveys and more than half of the time the surveys always disqualify people and they say to play games but you need a credit card to do the game and they have no tv button that you can watch videos like on inbox dollar and earn more they need not do surveys and just ad the tv video button

If I could give it zero stars I would. They outsource their "customer service" to poorly trained Indian call centers where the agents have no idea what they are doing. They have advertisers on their site that are not aware of the promotions, such as Davidson Group, the invention site. If you complete some of the offers through InboxDollars they don't pay you your credits because they claim that the advertiser needs to notify them that you have completed the offer. But when you contact the advertisers they have no partnership with InboxDollars at all and have no knowledge of the offer, nor did they consent to it at all. This especially includes Lyft and Uber. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR $50 OR $65 for becoming a driver through a link at InboxDollars! But they know that you will not be able to get through to Lyft or Uber, so I did the same experiment with several other advertisers" and they in no way consented to, or partnered with InboxDollars for these offers! When you complain to InboxDollars, after ignoring your first several complaints, they respond by saying that "as a courtesy" they have credited your account" for 50 cents FOR AN OFFER THAT YOU EARNED, SO IT'S NOT A DARN COURTESY AT ALL!!!!
I am in the process of having the Federal Trade Commission investigate InboxDollars/CotterWeb Inc. so I am inviting anyone else who has had similar or worse issues with them to contact me and/or The FTC!!!! They need to be taken down for praying on our demographic; people who are looking to earn a few dollars from home. I am semi-retired and care for my adult daughter who has severe special needs at home so the time I invest in trying to earn a few extra dollars means a lot to me! I don't deserve to be scammed like this, and neither do any of you other victims of this cyber-cruelty!

So many things wrong with InboxDollars (a service of theirs). First of all the surveys pay $0.25 for 15 minutes of your time. That s awful! Secondly, almost all of them you get disqualified when you are more than half way through. Lastly, the spin to win thing isn t good. You get disqualified with no prize except the CHANCE to win something. I suggest using your time on Swagbucks instead of this. At least with Swagbucks you have better surveys. There needs to be serious change here if they want me to stay. I tried them out because of their $5 signing bonus. Apparently you need $30 to cash in and they take $3 for fees.

If there was an option for no stars, I would've done it. As with another patron, I have been denied the money that they owe me and a termination of my account. Apparently, I have 5 accounts. Their system must have been used fraudulently because I only have one account, and now I'm concerned my personal profile information is out there in the open. I brought this concern to customer service and without urgency, their only response was that I had broken policy. I will never use inbox dollars again. It is a SCAM.
