I go here mainly for Service and Parts. I like the quality of service I usually seem to get at the dealership and Motorcraft OEM. They seem to have decent mechanics which is very much appreciated. They could improve on getting the odometer mileage right on my paperwork while checking out. Other than that, the service is generally good. I really wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else.
