I did like this place at first but not anymore the...

I did like this place at first but not anymore they are unprofessional and don t care about their patients and their time, regardless whether you have an appointment or walk in you will still wait for an hour or more, this is ridiculous and yet you don t get a sincere apology.
Starting to question if I really want to continue there or find another family dr.
