SCAM ALERT! One of their properties, Rockridge Springs Apartments, is horribly managed and is a scamming people looking for a decently priced apartment. Let's not mention the fact that I had to practically beg them for information about their property or to get them to show me around.
The important thing is how they will take your money for an application and deny you. I have tried to get in contact with the office to find out why and they refuse to respond. They "need" $125 for a background check and an "administrative fee" but will deny you without cause. I am currently in the process of reporting them to the state. They list their run down apartment complex as cheap and then scam you with that fee. They won't accept a personal check or a charge because they don't want you to have the opportunity to dispute the charge after they deny you and ignore your calls/emails. I can only assume a veteran in law school is not the type of person they want in their complex.
