We recently purchased a used Nissan Leaf through Kelowna Nissan. This was definitely the best experience I have had when purchasing a used vehicle through a dealership.

Ross was our salesperson, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I did not feel pressured to purchase, and we took our time going back and forth on price. When purchasing a vehicle I prefer to deal with the total purchase price, not the monthly payment price, so it was refreshing that Ross didn't play any games on how to make the vehicle more affordable for us by stretching out payments. Instead he negotiated on the actual price of the car.

Ashley took care of our financing, and she was excellent. Very friendly, and not pushy at all when we declined the extended warranty. I've been in other situations where dealers have pushed so hard to sell that warranty, even when you've declined it multiple times.

Love the car, and very happy with Nissan thus far.
