There's this really big airplane mobile sculpture ...

There's this really big airplane mobile sculpture hanging from the interior ceiling of this airport which is rather intriguing. The sculpture itself is made up of a bunch of miniature airplanes which in turn, then form the shape of another, giant airplane. It definitely gives the airport a very unique and distinctive touch. It's nothing which I've ever seen in any of a number of other U.S. airports that I've travelled through over the years. And there are also quite a few murals adorning the airport's walls within the main terminal building. These are mostly of the Chicago skyline as well as a lot of the city's other notable landmarks including Navy Pier & the Willis Tower, among others. The airport also seems to be pretty well operated and very clean, especially during these unprecedentedly challenging times while the Corona Virus pandemic is playing out. While not as large or as grandiose as O'Hare International, Midway Airport can still certainly hold its own!
