Adding reasons to my rating:
- Property is good, with ample area and decent greenery.
- House keeping staff was great! Wonderfully refreshing to see women power in action!
- Rooms are spacious and of good quality. However, several of them needed last minute maintenance rounds, that too on customer feedback.
- Food & Catering was a bag with mix flavors. Mostly the food was delicious and wel prepared. However, the false committments with regards to timing of the services, and the callous attitude put several of our guests off!
If the resort is better managed with more sincere people at senior levels, it can easily meet a 4.0-4.5 rating! All the best for your future! Thanks.
