the service was good but the warranty we bought everytime we use it we have to pay a deductible i dont think thats right and then if the warranty company doesnt cover it i have to pay it out of pocket the other car warranties i had i didnt have to pay a deductible at all and everything was covered. i need something done with i driverside door window but i dont have the money to fork out to get it fixed when it should be covered by warranty that we already paid extra for the warranty
