If there was a "zero star" rating, that is what I would award this review. They left my mother with an EMPTY oxygen tank for nearly 2 hours. I had to call multiple times to make them aware of her needs, considering NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN TO ASSIST (even the elderly patients).... unless they have dementia. Pathetic! We seriously need to step up our healthcare and basic humanity..... If nurses have enough time to laugh and mach patient's loved ones for calling in with concerns and care for the patient, they should have enough time to get them tissues, water, or timely assistanceto the restroom. I am so disgusted by this facilities staff and handling of my mother.
