I asked Dunraven to quote for the replacement of an existing old conservatory structure which was falling apart. The salesman arrived the very next day. After inspecting the job, he said he would have to ask the opinion of technical experts in his office before he could give me a price. A few days later I had heard nothing and I called him and left a message. He did not return my call. Another week went by and after leaving several messages I called his office after which he called be back saying the job would be tricky and for that reason he declined to offer any price for the job. I do not regard this as the attitude of a professional company and I will certainly not be using them or recommending them. After reading the other Google reviews I feel I may have had a lucky escape and suspect they are primarily interested in quick and easy gains rather than providing a quality service.
