Ocean front lots all have a steep cliff the ocean which looks more like a lake,.. no ocean breeze here or salt air or the relaxing waves. The small sandy beach is open to the public for $2.00 and is packed with families / kids not here to camp. the "very used" bathroom is only convenient to a handful of cities....Bring your own outhouse and shower. bottom line; camping in the woods with a body of water.
