My mother came to visit from NJ. For our first time playing in California Casinos over her visit. We visited Barona, Sycuan, Valley View. Barona was our top selection. Although there were minor things that other Casinos offered (Valley View offered free Valet parking and visible enforcement on security
(i.e. 3-4 officers at the entrances) and Sycuan offered great Bingo which was amazing). It was an amazing experience.
1. The staff was helpful and courteous
2. They offered so many comps I got lost in comps. Even though I didnt use them all, It was great to be offered them all as first time guests..
3. The table staff was extremely helpful and the tables were easier. It equated to the tables having a good time despite losing the tables gave a feeling of comfort. It seemed like we were on a true 50/50 with the casino.
4. There was a lot of parking available.
5. The buffet was plentiful. I truly enjoyed the international variety of dishes. My only draw back to the buffet was the crab legs were extremely salty. I heard someone say, "Oh my blood pressure is going to go up!" Yet, all other dishes meet or exceeded my expectations..
6. The slot machines were normal on generosity which did not make it feel as though they were trying to take it in..

Keep in mind the Casinos had security and many of the same amenities, to me it was how they were represented to me for a first time visitor with family.
