Good afternoon, my name is Samantha, and I'm in England for a 6 month exchange. I made a purchase at the Nike town in Oxford on 8/7 to give away my boyfriend. when I arrived in the store I got the size xl and I questioned with the seller the model that seemed a little small. This one always gave me a lot of attention and with the harsh tone told me it was the biggest size. I paid the shirt and went to put the name of the birthday boy. I do not speak English, I'm here to learn. when I got home a friend noticed that the shirt was for young people, not for men. I hope the second one is to contact me in the chat. the clerk said she could only talk about online shopping, but that it would be possible to exchange. when I arrived at the store the manager and another woman made little of me and said they could not help me. As it was a gift I bought another, with the greater value. I presented the person is this told me that it should be only I bought Algarve to M. today 11/7 I went to the store at 10 AM and asked for the number S, a completely disinterested attendant said, I'll look at the stock, asked the same manager there was made little case of me and had the answer that there was S. asking me to go and buy another in the direct sport. (My money grows in a tree ?????) leaves from there willing to find another Nike, I went to one that was under renovation and closed. I ended up going back to Oxford to buy one for the smaller amount at sport direct, but there was only white. I returned with all my patience in the Nike town to make sure there was not one on the mannequin. When I walked into the store the mannequin's shirt was S and I asked if I could keep it. the well-off clerk said no. and I asked to speak to us. the same one who treated me badly on Monday and who confirmed that I did not have the shirt. Earlier, I said I would see what was possible. and by a miracle, came back with the S-shirt. After waiting so long for the clerk to play with the client for 40 minutes, I was able to change my shirt. I walked in line to put the name. the waiting queue and it was huge and they were charging to leave the shirt there and pick it up later. when the attendant directed me I did not understand, only the second time I could understand, but when he left the queue, one of them made a joke "if you want to stand for 3 hours." Today the situation is as follows, I have a shirt that I will not wear, I paid dearly for it, through the lack of commitment, attention and training of men, could have been without changing again the shirt for lack of will. I mean I have contacts from people with YouTube channel, with a lot of followers and I'm going to report this situation, indicating the purchase of sporting goods anywhere, except on Nike touw. why not the commitment, the respect with the human being. on Monday I left the store crying and the managers did not give a damn
