The first call I made was friendly and informative...

The first call I made was friendly and informative which was what made me choose to go with them. The service man was on time, even early, friendly and explained what he was doing, I appreciated that. He also taught me a bit about how to operate my heating as I m a first time renter.
My reservations about the company is their failure to be clear about their pricing in the initial phone conversation, so where I thought I was getting a good quote, turned in to me being charged more than I budgeted for at the end of the day and the job literally just consisted of tightening of a few nuts and bolts to stop a leak and re-filling/re-pressurizing the heating system.
Their communication could also be improved as some of my calls went unanswered without a call back. In all it wasn t the smoothest of processes as a result of the backend administration but the service in itself was good.
