TO FLEE ! impossible to reach a human being (forget the phone, I left up to 2 hours of waiting without ever once being able to reach someone) and answers (after harassment on ALL social networks) totally off the mark. Incomprehensible and redundant procedures. No need to worry about urgency, leave threads without pb and leave the simplest questions unanswered. A society like that would collapse under lawsuits in other countries ... and would have long since disappeared, for the greater good of everyone.
