After a super good experience I had before, today they screwed me up royally. I was returning their loaner and almost like he knew is there, the guy who gave me the car pointed to me at a hard to see unless you know is there crack in the rear tail light. I don't want to say he knew about it but for sure it felt like he did. We looked the crack and tried to determine not who did it, but how it could happen. Cracked portion of the light sits several inches back so if there was any collision bumper would be damaged but it wasn't. The road rocks hardly can fly so that they hit your tail light so we could not determine how that happen. However, they were quick to say I have to pay $750 for it. My insurance will cover the cost so I do not worry about that part but the way how they handled this, you would not expect from this place. Pre-inspect you loaners people, even if its from the Cadillac dealership!
