Basically we have been here 1 day and I am so disappointed. The trip to was ok delayed airline not resort fault.. but this preferred stuff is a joke... For $400 more for a couple you can then get a budweiser or name brand beer... if you go to a restaurant the preferred member will get seated when you do but then they will get their meal right away and you will wait about an hr. The front desk will try to sell you more stuff on top of what you already paid. The casino DOES NOT have poker or texas holdem like the employees try to tell you. The casino is very small. Not a big deal but seriously there should not even be a segragated section or preferred to everyone else...oh the bowling is ok but the pool tables are tiny not the real thing. Food is basic and I am so dissapointed when I paid 3k for our 1yr anniversary trip. There are a few nice things. Employees are nice and we got in our room and it was what I expected except the safe is broken and the mini fridge is not keeping drinks cool. Just overall not the Rui we went to last yr and I would probably never go back. The blue grill steak place is not great even though other reviews say otherwise. We will see what happens tomorrow when we talk to the front desk about our issues... so sad!!
