For the past 8yrs I've received excellent service here but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. My last service here was beyond disgraceful. My new car was out of alignment which they fixed but someone didn't bother to check if the steering wheel was centered or didn't care as it was horribly off center about 30 degrees to left. Even after taking it in 3rd time it was no better. I was told that their service foreman test drove it before I went to pick it up and said everything was good. What was shocking was even when the service manager test drove with me beside, although he was holding the steering wheel horribly off centered, with a straight face said to me it was fine. To me either he's being dishonest or showing utter incompetence along with everyone who worked on my issue. It was truly upsetting. In my 20yrs+ of driving and dealing with service in quite a few different shops, this takes the cake as the worst experience of all time. He said it's a not a problem thus they can no longer work on it and advised me to take it to another dealership. I did exactly that and got it fixed properly at another dealership. I can forgive and accept mistakes but nothing can make me go back to same people trying to convince me 30degree off centered steering wheel is normal. They must take me for a fool. Moreover, the first service advisor hinted that I must have thrown the alignment off and was doing me a favor by not charging for the work on a brand new car a month old. Dealt with him twice and was lacking professionalism in a few areas. Needless to say, third time I asked for a different advisor.
It's a shame as I really had no problems until this. However, with some personnel changes I've been noticing their service level slowly declining. That being said, I would still recommend this dealership just not as highly as I did before.
