I base my review on value. The rooms are trendy but, dingy and are much smaller than typical hotel rooms. Parking was a bit tough but, there was a guy on a cool cart that took us to the lobby entrance. The bar is fun, a bit on the pricey side- not worth the hype. Of course there s the hotel fee for exercise area never used $17 w/tax per night. Staff at the front are not too friendly- average. Because I stayed at better places here, I would not return. This hotel has potential however, they would really need to offer top notch customer service and focus on customer experience.
