We bought our house from them almost 1 year ago. I loved it. What can you expect when your credit is not great. I had the worst credit rating and was still able to buy my home from them. The process only took 1 month. If you make your payment on time you will never hear from them. But what do you expect if your late. They just want there money and you made a contract with them if you dont pay thats on you. The one thing I took 1 star away for was when you make a payment whether check or online payment it takes forever for it to come out of the bank. Also if you get the mortage insurance right after you buy your home it will help if something happens and you cant make a payment. So all these complants on here are from people not being responsible. And the insurance they offer is cheep and covers EVERYTHING.
