Called the Avon store and spoke to Todd G. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I tried to purchase a mattress with another store but they kept canceling my delivery Todd had my mattress delivered in 2 days. The delivery men where very polite and careful bringing in my new mattress. Because of the professionalism of Todd G and the drivers I was able to purchase the mattress over the phone with out seeing it and I love it. I wish I did this sooner
