I had a rear end collision last week. I went to the ER as recommended by my PCP. I was in shock.
The receptionist was cold and unfriendly. The staff (male nurse) was also unfriendly and I could overhear him talking about my accident. The PA wouldn't let me talk, she did most of the talking (very rude). I'm in pain and I'm still having a hard time focusing(I do have Whiplash and a mild concussion).
I never felt so uncomfortable in my life, as being in this ER with this Staff on duty (04/23/21) around 19:00.

Please school your staff on kindness and dignity and compassion towards their patients, you're supposed to be a " Christian" based hospital, practice what you preach!
