Got our system turned on 3 months ago, and we had little to no production the whole time. We have been talking to customer service over and over again to try to get it fixed, they schedule to have a technician come, and the then call or reschedule the appointment. Again and again.
The one time we did get a technician here, he looked at it and said he couldn't fix it, and they would send someone else. Never happened.
The customer service agents have been unhelpful, usually saying there is nothing they can do to help us. I've even had one hang up on me because he was being rude and I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor.
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
I regret signing up with them, and would suggest avoiding them.
Most of the reviewers on here are employees, so at least working there is positive.
