Very bad company for extended warranty. please don't buy this warranty. they are fraud. i got this extended warranty 3-4 years back for my Audi. paid premium price for platinum package. never claimed any thing but recently my central locking system started malfunctioning so i took it to Audi dealer. when dealer called for claim they want to pay less than 50% of amount and asking me to pay rest. its 6-7 times my deductible. when i called EFG, they said i have to get it repaired out side Audi dealer, i tried multiple placeses but no mechanic was able to fix it. EFG told me to go AAMCO and they couldn't fix it either, they told me only Audi dealer can fix it. EFG says they will only cover part of Audi dealers estimate because Audi has higher $/hr labour rate and their parts are more expensive. my contract says i can get repaired anywhere i want and they should cover it. i have talked to manager in EFG but don't care. very rude staff.
