Usual problem with most people. Poor response once payment is completed. They don't provide router and also they don't mention about this earlier. Last minute they push us to buy separately from them. Customer care support is also not that attentive. Internet is not working for the past 20 hours and there is no response yet.

There is no update for the past 40 hours and the internet is still not working. Customer service is not addressing the issue and there is no courtesy status update, which is very poor from your service point of view.
