Very bad service when it comes to a claim. After a month am still waiting to get my car fix. Every time i call direct auto they put you on hold for 10 min and the transfer you to voicemail. Never return call on the same day. The operator is very rude. If they would handle the service differently they would not get angry customer like myself. They never call you with an update, you have to calling them. VERY BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
