We recently purchased an older home in Linwood, NJ that had structural issues with 2 of the basement walls as well as dampness and a damp odor. Our rep Mike from Dry Guys came up with a plan to secure the walls and get rid of our dampness/odor issue that worked within our budget. He spent alot of time with us and gave us options without any pressure.
We felt comfortable going ahead with Dry Guys and we are so happy that we did. We had top notch installers come to our home to do the job. We had Crew 3 : Anthoni Santiago, Cody Kidwell, and Christian Reico . I cannot say enough great things about these guys. Anthoni kept in touch every morning to let us know their ETA and what work they would be tackling that particular day. He explained everything they were doing and was happy to answer any questions we may have.
The guys worked really hard installing the power braces and got it done in the time frame they had stated. These guys really take pride in their work and Anthoni made sure every detail of the installation was done correctly . Being an older home with some unforseen issues, the crew had to make a few adjustments to the project but they came up with solutions that kept within our budget which we greatly appreciated.
Cody had some great recommendations and options for waterproofing our walls that we look forward to doing in the near future. The guys even left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. Amazing !
We are now relieved to know our basement is structurally sound and the Sani dry system our crew installed has already made a difference in the dampness/odor after just 24 hours of installation.
