Spa was wonderful. Our room was not. Small, dirty carpet, cobwebs, spiders, uncomfortable beds. For what we paid for room it was overall disappointing. Pool and hot tubs are not accessible if you have walking disabilities. Lots of loud, drunk, obknoxious people because of a wedding. Paranormal tour was fun. Jay, the tour guide, was fantastic.
