Stayed here as part of a group over Halloween and overall, was quite impressed by the hotel - though found the service to be a bit lacking. It s definitely got the bones of a old-style, high-end hotel and with relatively low rates (especially for a Waldorf-Astoria). Rooms are well-decorated, though bathrooms are a bit small in some rooms. It s nice they have a pool, but it felt a little dead when we were there (though I guess it was off season). Lobby and restaurants/bars are great.
