The Eden Project is a gorgeous day out if you can get a beautiful sunny day. I would advise against it if not however you will still arguably enjoy it depending on how weather affects you personally. The gardens here are gorgeous, you can see where they make their crafts here which is also a nice touch. The Domes are an experience, personally I find the rainforest dome the only one that is actually an attraction as the Mediterranean dome has become a restaurant, albeit a good one.
Sadly there are also many negatives, the place is expensive and many locations inside are also designed purely to strip you of your cash. Tourist trap at its best. Thankfully these are all optional and avoidable to many degrees.
Despite that large personal negative, my 5 star rating is based on the many sunny visits I've had where it's been a truly magical experience.
