EXCELLENT. From ordering our hot tub to delivery and installation.We were nervous about spending so much money on a hot tub and not using it.We now wonder why we took so long to buy one. Kids love it and i come home from work and relax with a beer whatever the weather.Have recomended bluewhale to friends.
