We've visited several times and always experience poor service. The staff seem to not notice or acknowledge patrons in a friendly professional manner. I've felt each time that asking for information is an unwanted task. The basic service such as asking prices on non labeled items seems an annoyance for staff. My child loves the store for all the items and I seriously only have returned on occasion for his enjoyment. It's painful to spend my hard earned money with a business that lacks basic professionalism. Customers are the only reason they are in business.
