Horrible customer service. Spent 2 weeks trying to...

Horrible customer service. Spent 2 weeks trying to order online but the website won't let me pay. Today is now the last day so im trying to call them....... Phone won't even ring. What kind of company in 2019 doesn't have a proper functioning website or even a phone line?
