Customer service is absolutely terrible. I went in with my paraplegic father and we stood at the (empty) reception desk for 20 minutes with staff occasionally walking around us and/or avoiding eye contact. We weren't the only ones, as two other people (together) also waited a very long time to be acknowledged in any sort of way. Bring a book or your phone so you can have something to do while you wait.
They do do fleet rates for some airline staff which is nice.
